Taking the first steps and moving forward into counselling can seem frightening and overwhelming, and I understand completely, and yet I assure you that my whole aim is to offer you a calm, peaceful, respectful and non judgemental place for you to feel able to express and explore, in your own time, the areas in which you feel is in need of support.

My practice is available for adults (18+). 

An initial session is offered to you free of charge.

Prices for further sessions are available on request.
